I am officially Certified by the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (www.IAC2.org) to perform Mold Testing! I completed an Advanced Mold Testing Training Course and passed the course with a 98 out of 100!

        Why is IAC2 important? IAC2 is the non-profit, certifying body for home and building inspectors who have fulfilled certain educational requirements including those in the areas of indoor air quality.
Indoor air quality issues include Mold, Radon, Biologicals, Carbon Monoxide, Formaldehyde, Pesticides, Asbestos, Bacteria and Lead.

        They are the top training organization for home inspectors to learn about Mold testing and I am now approved to perform Mold tests through this organization in the Greater Nashville area. Yet another reason why I am Nashville’s Best Home Inspector:)
